In virtue of the fact that CACHI PEREZ ARQUITECTOS Y ASOCIADOS is a Mexican company and the services are rendered in the Mexican Republic, the signer agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the Mexican courts for any dispute related to the services provided to the guests, explicitly waiving the right to any other jurisdiction or competence of courts or authorities in Mexico.

For your convenience and protection, please deposit your valuable In the Safe Deposit Box located in your room, which is provided free of charge. The Management does not assume any liability for the cash, jewelry or other valuables not deposited in the safe deposit box in your room.

Room occupation is for the number of persons stated at the time of making the reservation; any additional person shall result in an additional charge as well as having to register at the Hotel.

At check-in, the HOTEL requires the authorization of the GUEST to use a credit card. When signing the registration, the GUEST agrees that the liability of payment is non- waivable, except for fault of the HOTEL, and by signing the GUEST authorizes the HOTEL to use the credit card printed upon arrival for payment of the total bill. Additionally, upon signing the GUEST authorizes the HOTEL to carry out a check to ensure the payment of the services rendered there to by the HOTEL. Such check implies the blocking of the verified amount as a safety mechanism of the bank issuing the credit card (this includes early departure and last-minute charges). The GUEST authorizes the HOTEL to make the charges that cover the full payment to such card for the consumption there of.

The HOTEL does not assume any liability for service provided by third parties, such as: Doctors, nannies, secretaries, taxi services, delivery services and others.

LODGING AGREEMENT BETWEEN ADMINISTRADORA DE HOTELES GRT, S.A. DE C.V. BEING REPRESENTED BY THE MERCANTILE FACTOR, THE SIGNATURE OF WHICH APEARS AT THE BOTOMM OF THIS CONTRACT, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "HOTEL", AND THE GUEST, IDENTIFIED ON THE REGISTRATION CARD INCLUDED HERIN (THE REGISTRATION CARD) HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "GUEST"

CLAUSES

FIRST. OBJETIVE.-Through by this document, the HOTEL is obliged to provide lodging services to the GUEST in the facilities called "CACHI PEREZ ARQUITECTOS Y ASOCIADOS." located at Aquiles Serdan 174-5, Puerto Vallarta Jalisco, MEX C.P. 48380. so that the GUEST and his companions, number of people indicated on the Registration Card, will be installed in their accommodations and during the time that has been specified on the Registration Card.

SECOND. COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES.- As part of these lodging services, the HOTEL is obliged to provide additional services to the GUEST, indicated in the information binder called "Directory of Services" placed in the GUEST room and its content is reproduced here in, as well as information about access to the facilities which are also described in the above. Mentioned binder, as long as the GUEST covers the payment rate and fulfills the requirements needed to provide the services mentioned a above or the use of such.

THIRD.- CONSIDERATION. The GUEST in consideration of this provided lodging services is obliged to pay for the number of days specified on the Registration Card the daily amount and the form of payment also indicated on such card.

FOUR.- MEALS. The GUEST agress that the consideration does not include the price of meals and beverages. Other charges derived from consumption will also be excluded from this consideration, as well as any amount that could be the result of damages (o) losses caused by GUEST to the HOTEL facilities or accommodations. However, if the Registration Card indicates a specific Meal Plan payment, both parties will proceed a provided on such card.

FITH.- RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE HOTEL. SIXTH.- IMPORTANT WARNING. When the present Agreement is signed, the HOTEL informs the GUEST that the rules and Regulations of the Hotel include important legal provisions, which must be accepted by the GUEST so as to have the faculty of making decisions regarding the activities he/she decides to carry out during his/her stay at the HOTEL .

SEVENTH.- SEVERANCE OF AN AGREEMENT. In case any of the parties does not fulfill the requirements and obligations derived from this document of the Rules and Regulations of the HOTEL, the damaged party can request the severance of this Agreement; if the HOTEL is the part that acts in the detriment to the GUEST, the GUEST will be refunded the amount that he had paid in advance, eliminating the charges that had been already made from the room or other kind of consumption the charges mentioned above will have to be covered by the HOTEL, and on the other hand, if the GUEST is the one that acts in detriment to the HOTEL, the GUEST could be forced to vacate the accommodations by any means and his/her luggage will be kept as a guarantee of payment, as well as the payment and the compensation for the damages caused to the HOTEL'S and subjeted to the HOTEL effective cashing of the voucher thet the GUEST issued at the time of his/her registration at the HOTEL so as to guarantee payment of its liabilities.

EIGTH.- JURISDICTION. The fulfillmentand completion of the present Agreement as well as the resolution of any disputes arising regarding lodging service will be regulated and submitted to the jurisdiction of the laws and competent Courts of Mexico City in the Republic of México, in such a way thet both parties renounce any other present future jurisdiction acquired for any reason; therefore, both parties will submit to the interpretation of the present document according to the Laws of México City in the Republic of Mexico.
