Regarding Media Coverage

We understand that the images shared online may have been alarming. It is important to note that some of the photos and videos circulating online were generated using artificial intelligence or taken out of context and therefore did not accurately reflect the situation on the ground. The situation in Puerto Vallarta was resolved quickly and did not involve tourist areas.

At times, international media coverage can amplify the perception of impact beyond the actual operational reality of a destination. Today, Puerto Vallarta is operating under completely normal conditions.
